[During the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic, diagnoses of several autoimmune rheumatic diseases declined. Five years later, diagnosis rates for psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and giant cell arteritis remain below expected levels, while axial spondyloarthritis diagnoses have increased, especially among women.
