Attend this session if you want to understand what health literacy is and learn techniques to overcome the barriers to communication that low health literacy presents. The session is a presentation with examples and hands-on practice. Sessions are taught on-site or online. You will be sent a Teams invite for online sessions. Please note, the session is not primarily aimed at those who feel they want to improve their communication in English because English is not their first language.
