Rachel Clark is the author of the 2026 book "How to Save your Own Life: A Guide to Recovering from an Eating Disorder as an Autistic Person" Rachel will talk about her experiences and the process of writing this book. She will also sign copies of her book. This session will be of interest to all who have an interest in neurodiversity either professionally or personally. This skills session is restricted to the following Organisations : Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, Primary Care and ICB Staff in Oxfordshire.
